These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwins ("phwins," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phwins website located at phwins.app, including all associated games, services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

phwins reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof that you meet the minimum age requirement, phwins may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
The phwins Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phwins complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. phwins makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

To access the full features of the phwins Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phwins account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phwins employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phwins reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwins login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your phwins account credentials with any third party. phwins will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your phwins account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phwins support immediately. phwins may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
phwins is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
phwins accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions on the phwins Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwins does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount on phwins is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. phwins reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. phwins does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
phwins aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. phwins is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
phwins is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. phwins reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. phwins may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
phwins offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your phwins account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.
phwins reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.
phwins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. phwins will not be liable to any player for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
phwins offers a range of games including live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting. The availability of specific games may vary and phwins reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
All games on the phwins Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios. phwins does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, phwins reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return any wagers placed during the affected period. phwins will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games on the phwins Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. phwins reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Players who consistently win large amounts may have their betting limits reviewed and adjusted at phwins's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwins Platform:
phwins is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. phwins provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through their phwins account settings or by contacting phwins support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. phwins will not accept any deposits or allow any gameplay from a self-excluded account.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their phwins accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
phwins strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that they cannot access your phwins account. phwins recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.

All content on the phwins Platform, including but not limited to the phwins brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content, is the property of phwins or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phwins Platform without the prior written consent of phwins. Any unauthorised use of phwins intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
phwins's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwins account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phwins does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
phwins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phwins reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, phwins may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no violation is found following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.
You may close your phwins account at any time by contacting phwins support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the phwins Platform, you should first contact phwins customer support. phwins will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.
phwins aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may take longer to resolve. phwins's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Where changes are material, phwins will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the phwins Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phwins's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
